Sliced Tomato with Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes into thick or thin rounds, however you prefer.

  2. Arrange on a plate.

  3. Sprinkle evenly with salt and freshly ground  black pepper.

  4. Serve immediately.

Optional additions: a drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil, or a splash of vinegar — but classic salt and  pepper is all you need.
